HoSt Group is celebrating it’s 35th anniversary
In 2026, HoSt Group celebrates 35 years as a family-owned leader in renewable energy technology. The company was founded in 1991 through a joint venture between Holec Projects and Stork, the origin of the name HoSt, with its first office in Hengelo, the Netherlands. Founder Herman Klein Teeselink built HoSt from those roots into a global player, and since 2020 his son Jelle Klein Teeselink has joined the management team to continue the family legacy.
Today, HoSt is headquartered in Enschede and employs over 600 people across offices in seven countries, including the US and throughout Europe, alongside a large manufacturing facility in Poland. Over the past 35 years, HoSt has grown from a local energy systems supplier into a global leader in renewable energy technology, delivering complete high-tech energy systems, add-on technologies and Energy as a Service to help industries and municipalities worldwide reduce their carbon footprint.
We’re proud of where we’ve come from, and even more excited about where we’re headed next.
