Construction milestone: Highest point reached of HoSt Group new Headquarters in Hengelo

We also wanted to say a massive “thank you” to the people making this possible. We celebrated with a special lunch for the entire construction crew to show our appreciation for their hard work and craftsmanship.
Construction is steadily advancing. Based on the present schedule, we anticipate a relocation to the new headquarters in October 2026, though the final date will depend on the completion of the upcoming construction phases. The next milestone is the completion of the rough structure (ruwbouw) in July.
Looking ahead: phase two
While the first building is rising fast, we aren’t stopping there. “To keep pace with our expanding team and global ambitions, we have officially initiated the permit activities for phase 2. This second phase will consist of a similar building on the same plot”, says Herman Klein Teeselink, founder of HoSt Group.
Once both phases are complete, the HoSt Group campus will provide a total of 800 work spots (400 per building), doubling the capacity of the first phase and ensuring that HoSt Group remains a leading employer in the Twente region.
Reaching the 22-meter mark is a proud moment for the entire team. It symbolizes our growth and our commitment to providing a world-class environment for our employees as we continue to design and build high-tech energy systems worldwide.
