HoSt Group opens new Dutch headquarters in Hengelo
Hengelo is homecoming
For HoSt Group, the move to Hengelo is a homecoming. The company was founded here in 1991 as a collaboration between Holec Projects and Stork, and moved to Enschede in 2010. This year we celebrate our 35th anniversary, and we’re back in the town where it all began.

A green, energy-smart building
The new building has six floors with room for 400 workplaces. Climbing plants cover the facade on the ground and first floors. Inside, industrial details sit alongside vertical gardens and three atria, which are indoor gardens; the tallest one rises through all six floors. The energy facade combines sun shading with energy generation, and surplus energy heats water that is stored in insulated tanks.
How to get here
By train: Hengelo Gezondheidspark station is about 2.4 km away, and Hengelo Central Station about 3.1 km.
By bus: Bus 53 stops almost at our door, at the HTSP/Vöckersweg stop. From Hengelo Gezondheidspark station, you can take bus 10 or 810 to the HTSP/Smaragdstraat stop.
By car or bicycle: There’s car parking on our own grounds; please follow the signs when you arrive. There’s also bicycle parking on site, some of it covered.
Warehouse closed during the move
Our warehouse will be closed from 16 October up to and including 3 November 2026 while we move. We can’t receive or ship goods during this time. We ask customers and suppliers to keep this in mind when planning orders, deliveries and shipments. After the closure, the warehouse reopens at our new location with Thursday October 29th as first day to receive and ship goods again.
